My Miracle Baby.com has been in business since 2001 and has served more than 56,000 customers. Our goal is quite clear: Provide you with a simple and pleasing shopping experience. We do that by providing the ease of a large online web store with the comfort and convenience of your favorite local store.
Technical Difficulties/GlitchesPlease notify us in you are having difficulty using the site, get an error message, encounter a "glitch" or broken link or just to tell us about a feature or function that needs improving. Reporting any of these, may entitle you to a discount on your next purchase.

Return PolicyFor the best shopping experience, please review our policies before making your purchase. We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one and want you to be pleased and come back often. Your business is extremely valuable and we will always do our best to make sure you are tickled with your purchase. However, recent abuse of our former "no questions asked" return policy has forced us to be more stringent in our requirements.
Terms of ReturnsWhile we very rarely encounter the need for customer returns, we do want to work with you to resolve any issue you may have. We accept items in their original and unused condition for refund or exchange on all orders placed prior to October 21st. Costume returns will NOT be accepted after October 22, 2008. Costumes unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. If an item has been worn or has been washed, It is not eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
Baby Costume Store & My Miracle Baby.com, Inc. does not pay for the cost of shipping on returns.
Time FrameReturns must be received within 15 days or receipt based on the USPS or UPS tracking system.
Return Authorization RequestTo request a return, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA). Please email us at: email@example.com and include your name, your order # and reason for the return. Once your return is approved a return authorization number will be e-mailed to you with detailed instructions for your return. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Sorry, but returns WILL NOT be accepted without a return authorization number.
Packing & Shipping Return MerchandiseReturns must be sent using a traceable method of shipping. We recommend using the USPS Postal Service with priority shipping and delivery confirmation. UPS and Fed ex offer similar services. To ensure full credit for your refund, please ship using a tracking # and be sure to protect the item so it arrives in new condition.
ExchangesWe love to make an exchange for you. Let us know and we can do that for you quickly and easily. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
CostumesCostumes are returnable within 15 days of delivery prior to October 21, 2008. Purchases made on or after October 21st are FINAL sales. Returns will not be accepted.
Restocking FeeItems returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Payment of RefundRefunds are made in the form of original payment.
Return Shipping CostsWhen you return is approved, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable. Naturally, if an error is made by My Miracle Baby we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
Sorry, but personalized items and gift sets are not returnable under any circumstances.
CancellationsMost orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Email us to find out the status of the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Unless you have received a "acknowledgement of cancellation" reply from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel it.
International OrdersBaby Costume Store does not deliver outside of the US.
Shipping Time FramesWe ship "best way" via USPS Priority Mail, First Class or UPS. Costumes are seasonal and we understand the urgency of your order. We ship on costumes out based on the order they were received. Standard shipping time is 2-3. Please be sure to calculate in the time for the USPS to ship and delivery which is typically 2-4 days. Need it in a hurry? Let us know and we can upgrade your shipping to express for an additional charge. Just contact customer-care, let us know and we'll do the rest.
USPS Express Mail As a rule we do not experience issues with the delivery of orders. However we do seem to come up against issues on occasion regarding express mail shipping. To be sure your expectations are met, please review the following when selecting express mail as your shipping option.
USPS Express Mail refers to the method by which we ship "express" packages. Time must be allowed for verifying and processing the order, pulling and packaging your merchandise and any other items you may have chosen including personalization or gift wrap. Some items cannot be shipped express mail under any circumstances. Some items that are custom or personalized may not have the option available. Out of stock items cannot be sent express. If you are not sure, please contact us and we can give you the latest information.
Express Shipping does not mean it will arrive tomorrow. My Miracle Baby.com ships USPS Express Mail when "express shipping" is chosen and paid for by the customer. The order must be processed, pulled, packed and shipped. USPS Express mail typically is over-night shipping to major metro cities as determined by the US post office. If the package can not be delivered overnight, it will arrive in 2 days after it has left our facility. Whether it is 1 of 2 days, the USPS considers that express mail. We have no control or influence over how fast the package will arrive from when it leaves our facility. Packages are shipped on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.
Although we may "waive the signature requirement" your local postman--and not us--determines whether he can leave the package if there is no one to sign for it. If he chooses NOT to leave the package it is because he does not believe the location is secure. Instead he will leave a notification which explains your options (re-delivered or pick up at post office). If you do not respond to this notice, the package will be returned to me. 2 and only 2 attempts will be made to deliver your express package by your postman.
If My Miracle Baby.com pays to have your package express mailed to you and it is not claimed, picked up or is otherwise returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If the package needs to be reshipped you will also be responsible for those charges.
Express Shipping Fee Refund - Please be aware that express shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. We will ship your order out as quickly as possible but cannot and will not make guarantees for the postal service. Express shipping is an optional service and does not guarantee the arrival of any order. If your order is shipped express mail, you will be charged the express mail rate regardless of when the package arrives.
It seems when the customer needs the package the fastest and we rush to meet their needs, the terms and conditions of the USPS can sometimes frustrate both parties. We do our very best to get the package out the door as quickly as possible. Once it leaves though, we have as much power over its journey as you do.
Sending a GiftWhen you wish to send a gift, just include the gift recipients "ship to" information on your order. We will automatically remove all pricing and paper work from the order.
We will wrap your gift for $2.95 additional. Please notify us when you checkout. Include your message and we'll add a gift card at no additional charge. Don't forget to add the recipient's name, address and telephone number.
